Goncalo Alves (Tigerwood) Plinths for Miniature Display & Competition

Known as Tigerwood for its bold striping and dramatic colour contrasts, Goncalo Alves is a striking hardwood that makes a memorable base for miniatures. Its mix of rich reddish-browns and darker streaks creates a natural pattern that stands out without overshadowing the miniature itself.

Durable and full of character, Tigerwood plinths bring both strength and style to your display. Each piece is unique in tone and pattern, making them a distinctive choice for painters who want something different from the more traditional hardwoods.

Perfect for competition, exhibition, or personal collection, Goncalo Alves offers a balance of beauty and reliability in every plinth.
